Q. I cannot add my
email address or order a catalog. Nothing happens when I click on the menu.
A. Our web site uses pop ups for subscription services. You may have a pop-up
blocker enabled on your computer. Our site uses pop-ups to perform various
tasks.
Q. I cannot
add any items to my shopping cart. It always comes up empty.
A. You do not have "cookies" enabled in your browser.
Our system uses cookies to maintain what we call a "session
state". This means that whatever you do on our site remains in memory until
you leave. This includes cookies. The cookies only last 20 minutes or until you
leave, then they are deleted. Our cookies are non-invasive and do not collect information

Q. I am a previous customer,
why do I have to enter all the information again when I place an order?
A. We have just redesigned our entire system
and have included a system that retain your customer information. Your
information will only need to be entered once and this will happen when you
place your first order on the new system. Subsequent visits will require you to
log in to place another order and will prompt you for your email address and
password. All your billing and shipping information will be automatically filled
in. For security reasons, we WILL NOT auto-fill Credit Card information.
Q. What happened to the
cigar reviews, I really liked that feature?
A. You know, we really liked it too. Unfortunately, there are some
people that have no respect for the work of others. It was a constant struggle
to weed out the profanity from people who have evidently never even smoked a
cigar. Some people like to play games and post messages other than reviews so we
decided it was best to discontinue the feature.
Q. How do you ship
your products?
A. Very well thank you. Actually, we ship all products UPS Ground unless other
arrangements have been made. Premium Shipping (2 Day) is an option on our ordering page.
Everyone who places an order should receive a UPS Tracking notification email
along with their order confirmation. If you would like to ship via an alternate method, please call us Toll Free at 1

and Hawaii are automatically shipped UPS 2 Day Air.
We will ship international orders ONLY after special arrangements have been
made. Call 888 2CIGAR2 to make arrangements.

Q. Is ordering over the
Internet safe?
A. This has been in debate for
as long as E-Commerce has been around. We consider it as safe and sometimes
safer than any other CC ordering method. Most E-Commerce sites such as
2GuysSmokeShop.com use what is known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We use a
Thawte SSL Certificate What this means is,
once you are connected to a website via SSL (distinguished by a small "lock
or "key" at the bottom of your browser) all information passed between
your browser and the Web Server is Encrypted. It is considered the safest method
of ordering on the internet.

Q. Are your cigars guaranteed?
A. YES......Our cigars are fully guaranteed. If they arrive in less than
satisfactory condition, return the remainder within a reasonable amount of time for a full
refund or replacement or credit. No questions asked. Please see our Return

Q. How do I know if
something is in stock?
A. If you see a ... ....icon,
the product is in stock.
If the.. ...
icon displays, we
are out of stock but gives you the option of being notified by email when the
item comes in. We pride ourselves in
keeping one of the most up to date inventories on the Web. If you can order it on our
site, 99.99% of the time, you will receive it.

Q.Sometimes
I look at the Stogie-Cam and it's not working.....how come?
A. Normal operating hours of the Stogie-Cam are 9am to 6pm EST 7 days a week. When you
view it at other times, sometimes you will see a blank screen and sometimes you will see a
static image. Our Stogie-Cam is graciously hosted by www.Bostonnorth.com
Stop by and pay them a visit. There is a lot of interesting information about the Boston
area.
